Children and young people are important in Ludvika! We demonstrate this by placing children and young people at the center of the municipal organization. Most resources directed towards children and young people have been consolidated under a single committee. This includes preschools, primary schools, special needs primary schools, and individual and social care services. A conscious quality effort is common to all operations, aimed at continuously developing and improving work with children and young people.

We are looking for you who want to be involved in developing education in Ludvika Municipality. We offer you the role of an administrative support to principals in preschools. Your assignment is varied and includes areas such as personnel administration, child/student administration, scheduling, legal matters, document management, and economic work (purchases, invoice processing, budgeting, etc.).

You share the preschool/school's value base and the democratic mission of the School Act. Your attitude is of great importance; we see you as creative, flexible, meticulous, responsive, and contributing to a good working climate. Since your assignment involves supporting leadership, you must also be service-oriented.

Responsibilities

Administrative support to principals. Manage various municipal systems such as economy, personnel, child/student, archiving, statistics systems, as well as web-based environments. The position is distributed among different units within the preschool sector, meaning you will act as administrative support to more than one principal. As a case worker within preschool, you participate in regular collaboration meetings with case workers in primary schools.

Qualifications

You have a university degree with a focus on organization and/or economics, or alternatively, work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent to the complexity of the assignment. You have documented work experience from a politically governed organization and documented good knowledge of educational activities and the requirements for their administration. You have a category B driver's license and access to your own car. As an individual, you are an experienced computer user and feel confident and comfortable handling various data systems. You have a positive view of people, are self-assured, meet deadlines, and can work both individually and collaboratively in a group.

Merits
